Re: steering wheel controls not working. there is a service bulletin about this. the steering wheel has to be removed along with the switch gear. then the steering shaft ring that makes contact for these controls while the wheel is being turned need to be gently dimpled to make. The Audi steering wheel similar to other components of the Audi is controlled by the computer which operates the Audi. The airbag light is on as well.
In short all the steering wheel functions are not working.
But that seems not to bring up anything on a google search for me.
