There has been other discussion here about there being a resister pack in the fan circuit. Does the blower work on any of the speeds? you should find it not far from the blower motor. Checked all fuses, blower resister and condition of the wiring to the selector switch in the center console.
If I increase it to max I get a hint of air.
Sometimes, corrosion in the cooling system can clog the heater core.
