If excessive white exhaust smoke is present well after the engine warms up, it is necessary to have the car inspected for possible internal coolant leaks. If smoke is coming from the back of the engine, it's possible that you have a small coolant leak, oil leak or even windshield wiper fluid leak.
A dry graphie or white lithium grease are good lubricants to use.
