Low compression (Clara Clayton)
After replacing intake manifolds and glow plugs, the master tech at the dealer is saying he now doesn't. You could try spraying some penetrating fluid into the glow plug hole, let it soak, then crank the engine over and hopefully the compression will force the remainder of the glowplug out. Turn engine in normal direction of rotation (unless otherwise stated).

Do NOT turn crankshaft or camshaft with timing chain removed.
Make sure the engine is well warmed up before attempting to change the plugs, less chance of having an issue. You could try spraying some penetrating fluid into the glow plug hole, let it soak, then crank the engine over and hopefully the compression will force the remainder of the glowplug out.
