Though I am not entirely familiar with the audi vehicle, mostly when trying to remove the outside door handle, you need to first remoce, the inside panel where the handel is located. The mirror can then be pulled away, the adjustment cable disconnected, and the mirror removed. I have looked on the web, but can't find any pictures, instructions or videos.
